The Eagle, largest in our Classic line, is offered in two blade configurations. The first is our “Classic” with its full-faced flat ground blade; it is the original blade configuration found on all of our Classic Series knives. The second, the Talon™ blade model, has a false edge and dual stainless steel thumbstuds. Al Mar Knives: Al Mar Eagle Talon Knife, Honey Bone, AL-1005HJBT The illustrated Al Mar knife is the Al Mar Eagle Talon Knife that features a 4" drop point blade made of AUS8 stainless steel, .10" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 57-59. The blade of this Al Mar knife has a false top edge, Al Mar logo design, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The Honey Jigged Bone handle, 5" closed, has brass liners, a stainless steel bolster, the Al Mar Front-Lock, and a lined lanyard hole. A genuine leather pouch is included with this Al Mar knife. The Al Mar Eagle Talon Knife with Honey Jigged Bone handle has an overall length of 9" when open, and weighs 4 ounces.
